Our Experience in the Voice and Data Telecommunications Industry
Members of the Beacon team have acted on many of the largest voice and data telecommunications deals in the UK and Africa over the last 10 years. We have acted for customers of network services, including more recently SD-WAN transformation and ongoing services, as well as major network operators in their strategic transactions with partners and suppliers. This support has included major transformation projects for key infrastructure and services, outsourcing transactions, managed services, large scale procurement of telecommunications equipment, nationwide rollout of fibre networks and purchase of business critical operating systems.
As part of RFP/tender processes, we have worked with our clients to document their technical requirements, evaluation criteria and customised transaction documents, supporting from the initiation of a request for information (RFI) issued to market, providing strategic advice for the full procurement process, the conclusion of a binding agreement which meets our client’s objectives and the ongoing management of complex network transactions.
